UK Standard Shipping

All orders are packed and processed within 2 business days.

  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Orders over £70: Free
  • Orders under £70: £3.50

Once your order is on the way, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS so you can keep an eye on it.

 

UK Express Shipping

Need it faster? We’ve got you.

  • Order before 3pm for delivery in 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day
  • Orders over £70: £3
  • Orders under £70: £5

Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once your order ships.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Australia – £30
  • Canada – £30
  • Denmark – £15
  • Finland – £30
  • France – £15
  • Germany – £20
  • Ireland – £15
  • Netherlands – £15
  • Sweden – £15
  • United States – £30

International orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via Royal Mail Standard International Shipping.

You’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, everything will ship together once the item is ready. Release dates are always listed on the product page.

 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is processed, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

 

Order Confirmation & Payment

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. Your chosen payment method is charged at checkout — no surprises.

 

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we can’t change the delivery address.

 

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been handed over to a courier, delivery times are out of our control. That said, if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got your back.
