Conditions of Return

We truly hope you love your Loop Stitch Apparel pieces, but we understand that occasionally a return may be needed.

We offer a full refund on items returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and the returns label still securely attached. Keeping the returns label in place helps us ensure a smooth and fair returns process for everyone.

Returns cannot be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, marking, or alteration. In cases where a garment appears to have been worn, we may be unable to approve the return.

 

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at help@loopstitchapparel.co.uk, including your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your items back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

When returning your item(s), ensure your name and order number are clearly included inside the parcel.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your returned item(s). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at help@loopstitchapparel.co.uk.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service, as Loop Stitch Apparel cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

 

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost during transit, please contact us at help@loopstitchapparel.co.uk with your order number. We will open a claim with the shipping provider and send you the required claim forms.

Please note that a full refund can only be issued once the necessary claim documentation has been completed by the customer.
